Considerations can only be proposed from suppliers that have a positive commercial submission on the framework in any ranked position (ranked 6th or above still qualifies) Proposals must compliment the framework scope. Systems or non-specific products will not be considered. Any proposal that replicates or duplicates any of the other Lots within framework will not be considered.
