NELFT is seeking information from suppliers who can provide a modern, secure, and cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from the market regarding Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solutions that could support NELFT’s recruitment transformation objectives. The information collected will help the Trust understand current market capabilities, identify potential suppliers, and inform any future procurement strategy.
