Ceredigion - Marketing of Council Properties for Disposal or Lease

The Council has appointed a marketing and property agent with demonstrable expertise in promoting council-owned properties for disposal (sale) or lease across various sectors. The portfolio includes agricultural land, commercial premises, residential units, and specialised municipal assets (e.g. community centres, heritage buildings, depots, and leisure sites). This appointment will be for an interim period of approximately 6 months initially, to provide marketing support while a longer-term strategy is under review.
