What the notice says

The Council is tendering a contract for refurbishment of existing derelict Old Persons Home to provide a home of multiple occupancy to provide short term emergency homeless accommodation and includes the removal of carbon-based fuel sources and their replacement with air source heat pumps (ASHP) and photovoltaic array, together with all associated external works and renewal of incoming mains services.
