What the notice says

A new contract is required in March 2026 to cover conservation based cleaning, waxing where indicated, and reactive maintenance, of public statuary located within the City of London and at Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood, Epping Forest and West Ham Park. Please see Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 for details. The service is scheduled to take place over 5 years, from 1st April 2026 – 31st March 2031, and will be programmed in order of urgency. The City anticipates launching the tender for this service in November 2025. The procurement will follow an Open Procedure.
