The site. Timber and sprung timber floors account for 616.6 m², 14.3 per cent of the in-scope area, across five areas including a sports floor and a floor in a food-consumption area. The estate contains 58 WCs, 56 wash basins and 20 showers. There is no site access at weekends or on bank holidays. The sports hall building is not expected to be available before the new year and is priced separately. Workforce. A TUPE service provision change is anticipated, involving eight employees across two transferors - seven employed by the outgoing contractor and one employed directly by the School. One employee is an active member of the Local Government Pension Scheme at an employer contribution rate of 18.4 per cent.
