Supply, Install and Cold Commission a Modular Substation

Lot 2 : Supply and installation of Low Voltage Monitors for ground mounted secondary substations. This Lot involves the supply and delivery of multi functional Low Voltage (LV) Monitors for retrofit installation in ground-mounted secondary substations. The monitors and associated data platforms will support Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) Networks in addressing network constraints, optimising investments, and facilitating the rollout of Low Carbon Technologies (LCT). The framework agreement awarded will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the contracting entity and subject to the terms of the framework agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years."

The production, testing and delivery of Baulks as fully defined within Specification 206-15.

Lot 1a - Supply of Straight through joints for XLPE cables, transitions between XLPE and PILC, PILC to PILC Supply and Delivery of Straight through joints for XLPE cables, transitions between XLPE and PILC, PILC to PILC for to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 1b - Supply of Breach and loop joints for all cables Supply and Delivery of Breach and loop joints to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 1c - Supply of Pot Ends Supply and Delivery Pot Ends to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 2a - Supply of XLPE indoor and outdoor (cold shrink technology only) Supply and Delivery of XLPE indoor and outdoor (cold shrink technology only) to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 2c - Supply of Glands and termination boots Supply and Delivery of Glands and termination boots to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 2b - Supply of Straight through joints for PILC indoor (heat shrink technology only) Supply and Delivery of PILC indoor (heat shrink technology only) to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 2d - Supply of DIN plug-in elbows Supply and Delivery DIN plug-in elbows to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 3a -Supply of XLPE to XLPE straight through joints Supply and Delivery XLPE to XLPE straight through joints to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 3b - Supply of Single core transition joints. H and HSL 3-core transition joints Supply and Delivery of Single core transition joints. H and HSL 3-core transition joints to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 4a - Supply of XLPE terminations (cold shrink technology only) Supply and Delivery of XLPE terminations (cold shrink technology only) to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.

Lot 4b - Supply of Connex terminations Supply and Delivery of Connex terminations to NIE Networks in Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further three (3) years.
