Day Opportunities Quality Framework

Wigan Council is seeking to establish a Day Opportunities Quality Framework to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for adults with care and support needs across the Borough. The Framework is intended to support a diverse range of adults with differing levels of need. Providers must deliver flexible, responsive and outcome-focused services that enable adults to access the right support, in the right place, at the right time. It is intended that services will be obtained from suppliers appointed to the Framework Agreement on an ‘as and when required’ basis. No guarantee is given in respect of volume or value of services that may be required, and no commitment to any level of expenditure is implied by appointment to the Framework.
