The London Borough of Merton, the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames and the London Borough of Wandsworth (“the Authorities”) are seeking to undertake a procurement exercise for the provision of all electoral printing and related fulfilment services. The London Borough of Merton will act as the lead borough and run the tender.
