ESPO 374_24 Fitness Equipment (supply, delivery, installation and maintenance)

A Short description of the procurement The procurement is for the direct award of a three-year contract to Life Fitness for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of fitness equipment. The contract has been awarded through the ESPO 345_24 Sports, Leisure, Fitness & Play Equipment Framework, Lot 2 - Fitness Equipment, in accordance with the framework terms and the Council's Contract Procedure Rules. The direct award has been selected following due diligence confirming that the framework provides competitive value for money and that retaining the existing supplier ensures equipment compatibility, continuity of service, and a consistent maintenance arrangement across all the Council's leisure facilities.
