European Movements Enabling Agreement (EMEA) for the Germany Enabling Office (GEO)

Ministry of Defence · Central government

In brief

Ministry of Defence is looking for suppliers for transport and cleaning work (East of England).

It is a framework worth up to €83,086,953 excluding VAT: the most the buyer expects to spend across all suppliers, not one contract.

The contract runs for 3 years, up to 5 years with extensions, starting 1 February 2027.

It is split into 7 lots, so a supplier can bid for part of the work.

The buyer says it is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses.

Bids close at 11:59pm, Thursday 5 November 2026.
