Framework Agreement for the provision of 16+ Supported Accommodation Services

The provision of Standard 24 Hour Staffed Placements. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support for children/young people with Complex/High Needs. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support in 18 hour staffed units. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support in night staff only units. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of Therapeutic Mental health focused accommodation and support. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support for female only service users. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support in Out of Borough settings. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support for Parent & Child. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of accommodation and support in standalone flats. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of Block Booked (Standard Placement - 24-hour staffed for 16+) accommodation and support. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of unstaffed 2-hour support and accommodation for young people aged 18+ years. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement.

The provision of unstaffed accommodation and 2-hour support a week for young people aged 18+ where the Provider is responsible for Housing Element. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement

The provision of a Block Booked unstaffed unit accommodation for young people aged 18 and over. Additional information: There will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the Framework Agreement and the contracting authority will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any, or all, of the requirements which are the same as, or similar to those specified under the awarded Framework Agreement
