Grounds Maintenance Services at RFS/LSE Schemes

Contract details notice following the award of contract. Wales & West Housing Group (WWHG) are looking for a suitably qualified contractor to maintain the grounds across our leasehold (RFS/LSE) schemes in South Wales.Our aim is to manage our estates, so that they are clean, safe, attractive places to live and visit. We provide a Grounds Maintenance service that will include, grass cutting, maintaining shrubs, hedges and bushes and planted areas, litter picking and maintenance of hard landscaped areas. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing an efficient ground maintenance service for the list of WWHG schemes listed.This contract covers the leasehold (RFS/LSE) schemes in South Wales only
