Hexagon House - Cleaning Contract

Cleaning Contract at Exeter NHSE offices Hexagon House for a twelve-month period 1/4/25-31/3/26. Cleaning of internal office space and meeting rooms, contract also includes provision of cleaning consumables- toilet roll, cleaning products etc. Office is 1260 sq metres over two floors, 158 desks. Building landlord-Government Property Agency. Building lease expiry- 30/Mar/2036 Hi-Spec cleaning have provided cleaning services for Hexagon house for 5+ years. Service provision- x 2 cleaners 5 days a week (30 hours in total). Currently invoiced monthly at £2152.62 + VAT per month = £25831.44 + VAT per annum. Hi- Spec were initially awarded the contract via NHS Digital in conjunction with Leeds offices via a tender in Dec 2019, the contract expired in Dec 2023. NHS PO RAISED ON 19TH AUGUST 2025, the date of signature is incorrect on the record due to technical restrictions.
