How bids are scored

Price 50% · Quality 50%

A balance of quality and price.

Competition

Typical: a median of 4 bids per contract for this buyer (from 70 awards in the last 12 months).

Framework

Winning puts you on a list of suppliers the buyer can call on; it does not guarantee work. The £2,503,200 is the most the buyer expects to spend across all suppliers over the framework's life, not one contract.

The buyer expects to buy this again around September 2027.

The evaluations for the third opening will be completed during the month of September 2027 and service providers notified of the outcome of their submission prior to the start of the following month e.g. submissions in September 2027 will be notified in October 2027 and will join the framework from the beginning of November 2027.
