Invitation to Tender for the provision of the Caretaking and Cleaning Services at Whitley and Eggborough CP School

Whitley and Eggborough Community Primary School has decided to tender their cleaning services to investigate the financial and qualitative benefits they could be offered through this process. Aims of the Service and Tender: The key aims of the tender are to:  Provide a high standard of cleaning and Caretaking.  Deliver the cleaning services with consistency - good quality assurance systems in place.  Good communication at local and Operations Manager level with the school - two-way communication  Daily interaction with the School Business Manager  Develop an effective method of handing over any special needs and comments on a daily basis.  Cleaners and Caretaker to work the hours that best suit the needs of the site and maximise the work completed.  Training and development of the teams Tender Schedule: Issue of Invitation to Tender - Friday 10th October 2025 Bidding Companies to Visit Sites - Tuesday 21st October 2025 Clarification Deadline - Friday 24th October 2025 Clarification Return Deadline * - Wednesday 29th October 2025 Deadline for return of Tender Responses - Friday 5th December 2025 - 4:00pm Presentation by shortlisted bidders - Tuesday 16th December 2025 Contract Awarded by - Thursday 18th December 2025 Mobilisation Meeting - February 2026 - tbc Contract Commencement - 1st April 2026
