Maintenance of Automatic Sample

Premium UK Emergency call-out contract: • 1 Service visit per year for 2 Engineers in line with Analytical Services Maintenance. • Unlimited call-outs per year. • Unlimited replacement parts as required to maintain equipment. • Immediate response by telephone during working hours or to GT mobile out of hours. • Technical support via phone or email within 48 hours • Maximum 5 day on site response to diagnose and try to fix fault. • Unlimited days on site, until facility is operational. • Fitting stock replacement parts for any parts that have failed • Quick response in ordering new parts required and immediate fitting when they Arrive.
