Lewisham Council is conducting a market engagement exercise to identify buildings that could be used for future supported housing provision. We are seeking information from registered social landlords who may have suitable properties within the borough that meet our requirements. Properties must be managed by registered social landlords and meet the specified criteria, including location in Lewisham, a minimum of six bedrooms, and suitability for individuals with significant additional support needs. To express your interest, please log on to the London Tenders Portal to download the expressions of interest form and return using the messaging function within the portal by 5pm on the 10th of November 2025 (DN794686).
