Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Subscription

This contract is to agree payment of an annual Subscription to The Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Regent Farm Road, Gosforth Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3HD to enable Health Information Exchange (HIE) integration with System C Adult's Social Care Case Management from System C of 4 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 1AF, United Kingdom. The client would like to add modules to improve the functionality and data sharing with health within the Adults Case Management System (LAS). The modules are: Liquidlogic Adults' Great North Care Record Integration with Health Information Exchange including Embedded Viewer and SSO which require an annual subscription payable to Newcastle Upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust in addition to fees payable to System C.
