Hull City Council is inviting suppliers to take part in a Pre‑Market Engagement (PME) opportunity that will help shape the future procurement of Highways Materials and Rock Salt. By participating, suppliers can gain early insight into a framework valued at approximately £590,000 per year and contribute ideas that support service improvements, innovation and efficiency across the sector.
