Provision of Mobile Arts Space for New Forest District Council (NFDC) To be ready for use by Summer 2026 Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 19th January 2026 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) New Forest District Council (NFDC) is undertaking the commissioning of the design and construction of an innovative, mobile performance structure to bring high-quality cultural experiences to dispersed communities across the district NFDC are looking for the structure to be robust, transportable, and adaptable to a wide range of outdoor environments including village greens, town squares, car parks, and recreation grounds. This mobile structure will be available to deliver a curated programme of outreach work, around the district, from May to September. When it is not touring, the venue will be housed in a local school with community access, supporting communities of need where an identified lack of cultural spaces exists. This will be bookable for community organizations to use in evenings, weekends and in school holidays All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP).
