Provision of On-Farm Carcase Pickup Services Framework Agreement

The Framework Provider shall provide a team of personnel as required and agreed by the Authority or Other Contracting Body, to an Infected Premises (IP) to remove carcases and load them into a bulker for disposal. Other services to be included, but not limited to, are Preliminary cleansing and disinfection, but to be directed by an Authority or Other Contracting Body representative, usually the onsite case officer. A team shall consist of the following, but not be limited to; Team Supervisor, a number of people to be able to pick up and remove carcases from sheds, as well as Cleansing and Disinfecting after the carcases have been removed, a Telehandler Operator and Cherry Picker Operator (this could be the same operator for the telehandler, as a Cherry Picker Operator will not be a constant requirement on site). Someone responsible for counting carcases into bulkers to avoid overloading (this could be the same operative for another
