RE TENDER: Growing Mid Wales - Commercial Property Investment Fund - Consultant Resources

Ceredigion County Council is retendering to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant or organisation who will lead consultant resource forming part of the evaluation team assessing for bids received from businesses for Growth Deal monies through the Mid Wales Commercial Property Investment Fund. The original tender was run as a mini-competition on Lot 7 of the Carmarthenshire Construction Professional Services Framework (CCPSF). The contract will run for an initial term of 12 months. The Council reserves the right to conduct further open calls during this period, with the successful bidder required to carry out corresponding evaluations. Where exercised, this may extend the commission for up to a maximum of five years in total subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreements by the council and the successful bidder.
