The NHM intends to create a Framework Agreement for the Design and Build of roof access safety systems over a period of 3 years, with two optional extensions of 1 year + 1 year. The Framework Agreement will include the ability to call off for a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) and a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver construction of the roof access system. Due to funding restrictions, only work in FY2526 is guaranteed and all works must be completed by March 2026. To access the documents for this tender exercise, all tenderers will be required to sign an NDA and return this to the Museum for counter signature. This will be made available via the SQ Stage of Delta e-Sourcing. The NDA must be signed by an authorised signatory on behalf of the company and returned to the Museum via the Message Centre of the SQ Stage. Once the NDA has been counter signed, it will be sent back to the tenderer and access to the tender documents will be granted.
