The Supply of Mail Services for the Collection and Delivery of 1st and 2nd Class Mail (CWC23048MW) project is a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise issued by City of Wolverhampton Council to gather market intelligence ahead of procuring a high-volume outbound mail service
