Supply of Trade Materials

This notice serves to inform the market that Bromford Flagship Limited is considering the development of a Dynamic Market that enables multiple material suppliers to join Bromford's marketplace. This will allow Bromford buyers to competitively tender for materials from local and regional suppliers on behalf of Bromford Housing's internal construction arm, Bromford Developments Limited. Subject to approval, the Dynamic Market System is anticipated to be established in January/February 2026. Participating suppliers will be required to provide pricing, delivery capabilities, and meet Bromford-specific requirements, which will be set out in detail at the tender stage. We are seeking suppliers of: * BRICK MATCHING * BRICKS *BLOCKS *LINTELS * SIGNAGE, CLOTHING, STATIONERY, CONSUMABLES, HAND TOOLS * SITE ACCOMODATION * SKIPS - 6,12,14,16,20,22 RORO * CHIMNEYS, ARCHES, BRICK SPECIALS/CUTS * DOOR FURNITURE, LOCKS, SECURITY, BOLTS * SHEDS, FENCING, DECKING * TIMBER, JOINERY, FENCING * STAIRCASES * INTERNAL DOORSETS * GRP PRODUCTS - CANOPIES, BAY ROOFS, CHIMNEYS * PLASTIC PRODUCTS - FASCIAS,SOFFIT,BARGEBOARD, BARGE SOFFIT Prior to participating in any future engagement, Bromford Flagship requires your organisation to register its details on the Central Digital Platform.
