What the notice says

Hammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking to commission a Supported Lodgings programme for Care Leavers aged 16+, as part of our local placement sufficiency offer. We are particularly interested in models that provide a dedicated keyworker to offer enhanced support to young people placed with hosts. Our expected demand may include Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC).
