What the notice says

This is a very specific technical request specific to an organisation that have delivered a light festival before and to that end a light festival in Bradford city centre. TG events are the only company with this knowledge and experience. Their daily rate is comparable to organisations that do similar work but don't have the local knowledge. The timeframe from budget approval to event delivery also requires a very flexible and quick turnaround, few companies are able to work in this way. All equipment is at set cost and would be identical to other companies, this company have a very transparent approach and provide access to each section of their quote so negotiation and discussions can take place.
