Todhills Landfill Site - Replace current leachate tank with like for like new tank

Landfill leachate is pumped from a network of collection wells on Todhills landfill site to a storage tank. The storage tank is periodically emptied by a contractor for off-site treatment and disposal. The current leachate storage tank (steel) has been on site since 2008 and is starting to show signs of decay. The leachate tank requires replacement, but provision for continuous leachate pumping and off-site tankering must be maintained during works to replace/install a new tank. To design, comission and construct a new leachate storage tank, including all civils works. Install collection sump and pump for leachate seeping out of the bankside adjacent to existing tank. Decomission and remove from site the existing leachate tank.
