UK7 - Contract Details Notice – Wales - Enhanced Case Management

The request is to commission a targeted Enhanced Case Management (ECM) service for young adults aged 18–25 in Gwent. This is a focused, high-impact intervention designed to improve engagement, compliance and stability for those at greatest risk of disengagement from probation and escalation within the criminal justice system. The service will be delivered from MAC’s Newport base, working in close partnership with the Gwent Probation Delivery Unit (PDU) and the developing Young Adult focus within probation. The model provides a youth-informed, relational and trauma-responsive offer that complements statutory supervision and strengthens existing provision.
