UKRI-5481 Electric Heater for ATC/ROE

STFC intends to award a below-threshold single source contract for the supply and installation of ecoSAVE electric heaters in the Villas, as part of the wider building rewire project. This initiative supports STFC’s strategic objective of de-gassing the buildings and advancing sustainability. The ecoSAVE heaters have already demonstrated excellent performance and 100% efficiency in another building on site, comply with Lot 20 of the European Ecodesign Directive, and feature a standardized control system compatible across all units installed, ensuring operational consistency and integration with existing infrastructure.
