This procurement exercise is being conducted on behalf of the Welsh Ministers to establish a contract for the Policy, Legislation & Government Business Learning & Development Offer. The aim of this contract is to develop and deliver learning and development solutions so as to equip relevant Welsh Government officials with the necessary skills, knowledge & behaviours required for their roles so that they can effectively develop and implement policy and work on government business and constitutional matters relating to Wales.
