This Service delivers a high standard, NICE-approved, integrated ADHD assessment and management service, combining primary and secondary care expertise for integrated service delivery. The service will support adults to obtain a timely diagnosis of their condition, supporting the reduction in wait times across Surrey Heartlands ICB. This contract is activity based only. The contract is awarded for a term of 12 months from 19th August 2025 until 18 August 2026 with an option to extend once for up to 1 year
