The City of York Council (CYC) is seeking market information from suppliers who can provide an AI Policy Assistant to support our Children's Services. We are exploring the market to identify potential suppliers. The Policy Assistant will be tailored specifically for the Children's Social Work Team. It will assist the team, in navigating the complexities of our of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality in their practice. The engine will streamline policy management, enhance communication, and provide on-demand access to essential guidance, ultimately empowering the team.
