Merthyr Tydfil is Seeking Bids from experienced companies to deliver an options appraisal for the Old Town Hall in Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre (now known as the Redhouse). The commission will provide an evidence base to inform future investment decisions, funding applications and business planning, ensuring the asset contributes to the wider regeneration ambitions of Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre.
