What the notice says

To conduct principal inspection of Luton DART (direct air rail transport) civil engineering assets, followed by ongoing general inspections. Also to review structural engineering reports and inspections for a landslip, drains, manholes etc. to be inspected and reviews of all civil structures and assets at the airport.
