Eating Disorder (ED) Day Care Services and ED Intensive Support at Home Services

This notice serves as the intention to award a contract under the Competitive Process. <br/>The successful provider will deliver an Eating Disorder Day Care Services for children and young people aged 13-18 within the West Midlands.<br/>This service is an enhanced specialised service and has been awarded to a new provider.<br/>As a result of this Competitive Process a contract will be awarded to the successful provider for an initial period of 15 months, commencing from 01st December 2025. It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have a value of £1,133,164 for the contract period. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight 11th November 2025. As a result, they are awarded the contract, subject to agreement.
