These are essential works required to the block to bring into a good state of repair. The blocks are suffering from structural defects. The works will be to replace roof covering and the external facades to include brickwork repairs, cavity wall insulation, concrete repairs, new windows and fire safety related works The works will enhance thermal benefits also for residents.
