GBE-N is looking for a financial advisor to support GBE-N in optioneering, market assessment, specialist knowledge and to make an optimal financing strategy recommendation for GBE-N's project and programme activities. The strategy will focus on reviewing private Vs government funded models and or a mixture of both. Please note market engadement that included this scope has previously been undertaken.
