Fire Risk Appraisal External Walls, Hull, EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Services Framework Gen-4, Lot 12 Fire Safety Consultant Services, further competition

Hull City Council has appointed Firntec Ltd to conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) for 14 of Hull City Council’s High-Risk Residential buildings (18m+). This appointment has been made under EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Services Framework Gen-4, Lot 12 Fire Safety Consultant Services. The Services are to commence 21st July 2026, completion date 19th July 2027. The budget is £240,000 overall with no option to extend.
