As set out in the preliminary market engagement notice dated 10 June 2026 and available at https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/054636-2026, Norfolk County Council (the "Council") expects to launch a formal procurement using the competitive flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Procurement") for a highways and infrastructure services Professional Services Contract (the "PSC") on 28 September 2026. Further detail regarding the Council, the Procurement, and the PSC is contained within: - The preliminary market engagement documented, dated 10 June 2026 and available on In-tend via the projects Clarifications facility. - The market update circulated to all prospective bidders which had engagement in preliminary market engagement, dated 31 July 2026 and available on In-tend via the projects Clarifications facility. - The market update accompanying this notice and available on In-tend via the projects Clarifications facility.
