This is a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) questionnaire for Housing Growth Development Partner for a number of sites, commencing with Selworthy & Pickering. The previous PME questionnaire for this project was published in July 2025. This second PME questionnaire does include some refined and updated information. Any supplier that submitted a questionnaire previously may refer to it in this questionnaire should any of their information remained unchanged. Please complete and return the questionnaire titled "Response Sheet". Please complete all or some of this questionnaire to help inform the coming tender. Please complete and return this questionnaire by 13th March 2026 at 17:00 hours.
