IA3785 Service Review and Cost of Care Support for Residential and Nursing Care for Working Age Adults

External Resource required to support SCC to strengthen its understanding of the Residential and Nursing Care Home market in Staffordshire (and outside Staffordshire where SCC is the majority funder) for working age adults (18-64, for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Ill Health and Physical Disabilities). This will include support with service reviews, cost of care exercise and developing a market sustainability report. The support is required from May to November 2025; the extended contract date referenced below relates to the wider support iESI are providing to the Council on a secondary Service review programme.
