What the notice says

Hull City Council are carrying out a market engagement exercise in relation to the re-procurement of the hire of events equipment and installation services including barriers, blocks, fences, marquees, furniture and other equipment. The market engagement event will be held to provide information on the procurement exercise and project requirements and aims. The event is being held virtually via MS Teams on 1 April 2026 between 3pm-4pm. To book your place please email - procurementteam@hullcc.gov.uk or reply via the messaging portal within Yortender. Please include the subject header- Events Equipment Marketing Engagement and confirm the email address to send the Teams invite to.
