National Framework Agreement for Provision of Track and Traceability Systems

Lot 1 covers the provision of complete Track & Traceability Systems, including all required consumables, service, maintenance and support. This Lot also includes the supply of all associated hardware necessary to deliver a fully functioning end‑to‑end solution. This Lot is suitable for use by any Participating Authority seeking to procure a complete new Track & Traceability System, inclusive of all components, infrastructure and ongoing support required to ensure effective implementation and continued operational performance

Lot 2 covers the provision of ongoing goods and services required to support the continued operation of an existing Track & Traceability System. This includes the supply of consumables, replacement components, maintenance activities, and associated support services necessary to ensure system reliability and performance. This Lot is suitable for use by any Participating Authority that already has an established Track & Traceability System in place and requires ongoing operational support rather than a full system replacement
