Network Services 4

Lot 1 is for the provision of connectivity and related services, enabling site-to-site or site-to-cloud interconnectivity. a) wide area connectivity for the provision of a managed or unmanaged point-to-point data-only connection. b) wide area connectivity for the provision of a managed or unmanaged point-to-internet/cloud data-only connection. The full scope of Lot 1 is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification)

Lot 2 is for the provision of single site connectivity services, including local area networks (LAN) enabling interconnectivity. a) local area network (LAN) connectivity services, constrained to a single site, multiple sites in the same locale, campus sites and metropolitan area sites enabling a user to consume a locally delivered service. b) local connectivity services to connect an end user device to a local service. Lot 3 is for the provision of voice, digital and unified communications services. a) Voice, digital and unified communications services - including but not limited to: IP Telephony, unified communications and collaborative software applications including audio & video conferencing and business enablement application software to enhance the communication capability. Services can be provided as on-premises, cloud-based or hybrid solutions. Services can be provided as standalone or in any combination as required by the Buyer. Lot 4 is for the provision of inbound and/or outbound contact centre management including automation and queuing to multiple answering points, as described in the sections titled ‘Lot 4’. This agreement provides the hardware and software solutions for the use of Buyer employees only, not staff/agent resources as an outsourced service. a) The ability to make outbound contact and respond to an incoming contact and route the contact to a predefined destination both within the Buyer’s technical domain and/or external to the Buyer’s technical domain. Lot 5 is for the provision of Solutions related to Smart Technologies, also referred to as “Smart shared and connected spaces”, and Internet of Things. a) Design, build and deliver solutions related to Smart shared and connected spaces, with applications in the areas including but not limited to: smart buildings, waste management, water management, crime prevention, education and environment (air and noise pollution) monitoring, predictive/preventative maintenance, footfall management, automated reporting, Digital Twins. b) The provision of component parts or end-to-end solutions relating to smart technologies and connected spaces The full scope of Lot 5 is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification)

Lot 6 is for the provision of Critical Registry Services to operate and manage nationally critical UK domains. a) The provision and operation of the technical infrastructure for a UK public sector authority to manage and govern a Nationally Critical Public Sector Domain. b) The provision and operation of the technical infrastructure for a UK public sector authority to manage and govern a Nationally Critical Public Sector Domain, plus the additional functions to enable the UK public sector authority to fully outsource the management and governance of a Nationally Critical Public Sector Domain The full scope of Lot 6 is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification).

Lot 7 is for the provision of a range of paging and alerting services. a) Messaging, paging and alerting services with the ability to provide and users receive, a tone, numeric or word based alert. The full scope of Lot 7 is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification).

Lot 8 is for the provision of Audio Visual (AV) and conferencing services. a) Audio Visual services with the ability to call, connect and share audio-visual communications with another compatible video device over any distance in real time. The full scope of Lot 8 is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification).

Lot 9a is for the provision of devices including integrated/enabling software, services and accessories as required to support or enable their use and as relevant to delivering critical communications technologies and solutions including commercial radio. Specifically in scope of this Lot are business needs relating to Emergency Services Network (“ESN”), Airwave network, TETRA/ESN dual mode devices and commercial radio devices. a) The scope of this Lot includes devices and equipment used to enable and / or deliver critical communications technologies and solutions including commercial radio. The full scope of Lot 9a is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification).

Lot 9b is for the provision of specialised services as required to scope, design, build, install, run, maintain and connect critical communications technologies and solutions including commercial radio. Specifically in scope of this Lot are business needs relating to Emergency Services Network (“ESN”), Airwave, TETRA and commercial radio. a) The scope of this Lot includes services used to enable and / or deliver critical communications technologies, devices and solutions including commercial radio. The full scope of Lot 9b is set out in the Framework Schedule 1 (Specification).

Lot 9c is for the provision of specialised operations software solutions including associated services as required to support or enable their use and as relevant to delivering critical communications technologies and solutions including commercial radio. Specifically in scope of this Lot are business needs relating to Emergency Services Network (“ESN”), Airwave, TETRA, and commercial radio. a) The scope of this Lot includes operations software solutions used to enable and / or deliver critical communications technologies and solutions including commercial radio.
