This is priormarket engagement and is not a contract or tender process NHS Resolution is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the development of its requirements and procurement approach for a future partner to provide specialist Pega Cloud support, maintenance, development, architectural guidance, training and strategic roadmap services for CaseHub, NHS Resolution's core case management platform. This engagement is intended to test market capability, delivery models, commercial options, mobilisation timescales and approaches to effective knowledge transfer. It does not constitute a call for competition, an invitation to tender or a commitment to procure.
