Barnsley Council is planning to progress a procurement exercise for internal refurbishment works of a building intended for use by the Barnsley Youth Choir for the home of the National Academy for Vocal Excellence (NAVE). The pre-market engagement exercise will allow the Council to understand the level of market interest and inform the production of a tender invitation package which takes account of current and anticipated market factors, and shared learning and experience.
