The Council is seeking to engage with organisations to gather information and explore potential solutions to achieve the Youth Vaping and Smoking Cessation objectives. This Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise (PME) is being undertaken to seek ideas and information through written responses via a questionnaire from interested organisations to: Gauge the level of interest in delivering services for Youth Vaping and Smoking Cessation Service Better understand the solutions and services that are available to inform service design and specification development. Explore how the different delivery options and approaches could be delivered Consider the likely costs. Please note: The contract start and end dates are indicative only.
