In respect of the Elizabeth line, the regulator ORR (Office Rail and Road) requires that the RfLI, as Infrastructure Manager of the Elizabeth Line, hold affiliate membership of the RSSB. The need for the Elizabeth Line to have its own specific subscription to the RSSB is due to having a separate operational Rule Book for the Central Operating Section (COS) RfLI is the Infrastructure Manager of the Elizabeth line Central Operating Section (COS) which runs between Paddington, Pudding Mill Lane and Abbey Wood.
